We were stuck by the roadside yesterday in temperatures greater than 30 degrees with a drastically flat tyre. A passing Dream Drains van stopped and changed my tyre for a temporary spare. Hard work for him and he would accept no reward. As an example of caring for people in the local community (customers or otherwise), this could not be bettered. They will be our first choice in future.

Very slow almost blocked kitchen sink - was recommended Dream Drains and called them - they had a technician on site within 1/2 hour (he was in area). He diagnosed the problem and called for backup (the van that had the power jet :)) Both guys worked through and hauled out a giant fatberg and flushed the system clean - all sorted within 2 hours of making the call! Excellent service

After 10 years with a slow drain, I called one of the national companies out and that resulted in a failed attempt and now stationary water, a visit to the Plumb Centre and after explaining the situation I was recommended Dream Drains.. spoke to Ryan and instantly put my mind at rest. Booked the appointment and he was here bang on time and set to work. All I can say is ‘it was a pleasure’ all sorted and the sink/drain has never been so quick.. amazing service and a price to match. 100% delighted and highly recommend.

Dream Drains came out initially to find out where a horrible smell was coming from. They used up to date CCTV equipment to see what was going on within the drains and pipes of our house. We'd had plumbers out before who couldn't find the route of our problem however on first expection Ryan and Paul found out exactly what the problem was and within two days Ryan came out and spent the day fixing the problems we had. Dream drains were a great find and Ryan was efficient, helpful, tidy and professional. Thank you for all your hard work.
